Disappointing Experiences at Frisco Chrysler Dodge I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing a vehicle or servicing their car at Frisco Chrysler Dodge to proceed with caution. My experience has been nothing short of frustrating, and I believe it’s essential to share my story. After buying a Grand Cherokee and an extended warranty that was highly recommended by the dealership, I encountered a year filled with numerous issues. Over $17,000 worth of repairs were needed, and I had to return repeatedly for problems that their certified mechanics were unable to resolve. The situation escalated to the point where I had to replace two different transmissions, only to be met with blame for simply driving my car. The service department's communication was severely lacking. I often left my vehicle for service, only to wait days without any updates. It became routine to not receive answers for over a week, with excuses ranging from staff illnesses to employees no longer being there. Throughout the year, my Jeep spent over 150 days in the dealership, and I frequently waited a month or longer to get it back. While there was one service manager who tried to assist me and a service director who genuinely listened to my concerns, many of my experiences with the staff were disappointing. I often felt like my worries were an inconvenience for them. When I finally approached the general manager for help, I was met with a used car sales manager who was dismissive and disrespectful. He suggested that the issues I faced were solely my fault because I drove my car, rather than acknowledging the service failures. The best offer I received from the GM was an exorbitant 18% interest rate, which felt exploitative given my circumstances. After this experience, I decided to seek a new vehicle elsewhere. I am pleased to report that I found a much better deal at another Dodge dealership, where the service was exceptional, and I secured financing at half the rate. I cannot express the immense sense of relief I feel now that I no longer have to return to Frisco Chrysler Dodge. The level of disrespect I encountered from the staff was disheartening. As a customer, I believe it is essential to be treated like a valued guest rather than an inconvenience. It's important for businesses to foster an environment where customers feel respected and appreciated. I am grateful to have moved on to a dealership that embodies these values. In summary, my experience at Frisco Chrysler Dodge was frustrating and disappointing. I felt that the dealership did not prioritize customer care or take responsibility for the issues I encountered. I am relieved to have moved on to a dealership that values its customers and provides the level of service one would expect. I hope others can learn from my experience and consider their options carefully.

This has unfortunately been the worst car buying
This has unfortunately been the worst car buying experience that we have ever had. Let's start with the fact that doing business with them has caused harm to our financial health. How do you ask? Let me tell you; we traded in my husbands truck on January 19, 2025. As of today, February 10, 2025 the payoff for the truck has not been sent to our lienholder which has caused us to be 30 days "late" on the payment, which in turn caused a late payment to be reported on his credit report dropping his score by 72 points! This is unacceptable and will be appealed. I warned my husband about the potential of this when they messed up our paperwork 3 times. Yes 3 times. While the finance manager, Charles, was busy bragging about how awesome he is and what TV shows he's appeared on, he messed up our financing paperwork and asked my husband to come back the next day to correct it. After working a 13 hour day, my husband goes back to the dealership to only to be sitting around waiting for 45 minutes and ends up leaving when no one came to greet him or get the ball rolling. They called him back and asked him to come the next day after work, so again after a 13 hour day he goes back to the dealership a 3rd time to complete the paperwork. Literally the very next day, we find out that there was ANOTHER error (you can't make this stuff up) and he was asked to come back to the dealership, but this time we refused! So Charles came to our home to have my husband sign whatever documents that were missing/needed. This has been a nightmare. We won't ever do business with these people again and we cannot recommend them. Supporting a local business should not harm you which this transaction surely did. This needs to be corrected immediately.

Frisco Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram – Service Center
Frisco Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram – Service Center Review My recent experience with the Service Center at Frisco Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was disappointing. On February 18, I contacted the service department regarding an issue with my Jeep Wrangler’s auto start/stop function, which wasn’t working. Given that my vehicle only had 27,000 miles, I provided them with the VIN number, and they confirmed it should be covered under warranty. Based on this information, I scheduled an appointment for February 20. However, upon arrival, the service advisor informed me that my warranty had expired on February 1, 2025, and that a diagnostic test would be required at a cost of $269. This was frustrating because had I been informed on February 18 that my Jeep was already out of warranty and that the repair wouldn’t be covered under the powertrain warranty, I wouldn’t have brought it in at all. While I understand that service advisors are trained to generate revenue, transparency and honesty should be a priority. I had done my research and found out that Jeep has had ongoing issues with the auto start/stop system. The service department should have been upfront with coverage policies, rather than letting me come in under the false impression that the repair would be covered. Ultimately, I chose not to proceed with the repair after receiving a quote of $1,795. I voiced my concerns to the General Manager about the lack of honesty and customer service, and to their credit, they understood my frustration and waived the diagnostic fee. Customer service and trust are everything in this industry. Treating customers fairly ensures they return, even if prices are slightly higher. In the past eight years, I’ve purchased two Jeeps Wranglers for my daughter, choosing to drive to the McKinney location despite Frisco being just 2.1 miles away. Unfortunately, this experience reaffirmed why I continue to take my business elsewhere.

I made an appointment to have recall work, oil change and tire rotation on my RAM 1500. My service guy started the work on time arranged for transportation to my office and completed the work in a couple of hours. It couldn’t have worked out any better for me.

Overall I usually love both the customer service as well as the work provided at this dealership. Hence why I usually would think of this as a 5star establishment. However, at my most recent visit I was left feeling unsatisfied and feeling like all scheduled services were not actually performed even though they claim they did. For example I was supposed to get a car wash and as well as an included inspection with the oil change. Upon arriving to pick up my vehicle I specifically asked what was “inspected “ and one of the things listed was brakes. I find it hard to believe they performed any inspection due to me experiencing a slight rattle /rumble as I left and began to accelerate on the freeway. As well as experiencing the same as I applied the brakes . Additionally I now hear a squeak as if I may need brakes and the car was filthy as if not even a drop of water was applied to the exterior of my vehicle. If this wasn’t bad enough I also felt as if the service advisor was rushing me out when I had questions and had a bit of an attitude as if he didn’t want to be there. I understand that it was closing time so I tried to ignore this . But my issue with that is, you shouldn’t allow /offer a 1:30pm appointment time on Saturdays if you feel you will not complete all scheduled services and options prior to closing. And if you do allow scheduling, you definitely shouldn’t lie and say you performed a service that you didn’t and give off a negative attitude.

Bad experience.
Bad experience. Took way too long for a simple oil change and alignment. Was left frustrated as it took almost 4 hours for these services that should take no more than a hour and a half. Asked for service order receipt only to be given 1 sheet of paper with someone else’s info on it. Found it insulting as I know the service person knows an alignment work order is 2 pages or more. Will never be back to this place as they completely lost my trust.

I had not such a good experience My experience was far less than perfect and was not a 10 my car was there over a month and when my parts finally arrived they were signed for but not communicated to my advisor it wasn't until I called my warranty company and they gave me the name and the date that they were signed for and then I called my service advisor that it was acknowledged that the parts were there for days and then it took almost another week for the job to get done and my other issue still wasn't resolved

The repair was completed satisfactorily but I really think the work order should actually state what the customer said. The work order said "Customer states squeaking noise coming from passenger side sliding door". That is not at all what I stated. His comment was that it was a general statement pointing to the general area of the problem. That really isn't true either and not helpful to a mechanic. Also, If I had to bring the car in a second time for the same problem the service record would not be correct and a different writer would think it was a different problem. Again, not at all correct. The paperwork needs to be correct. I will not likely take my car back to this dealer for other service because of this.

This has unfortunately been the worst car buying
This has unfortunately been the worst car buying experience that we have ever had. Let's start with the fact that doing business with them has caused harm to our financial health. How do you ask? Let me tell you; we traded in my husbands truck on January 19, 2025. As of today, February 10, 2025 the payoff for the truck has not been sent to our lienholder which has caused us to be 30 days "late" on the payment, which in turn caused a late payment to be reported on his credit report dropping his score by 72 points! This is unacceptable and will be appealed. I warned my husband about the potential of this when they messed up our paperwork 3 times. Yes 3 times. While the finance manager, Charles, was busy bragging about how awesome he is and what TV shows he's appeared on, he messed up our financing paperwork and asked my husband to come back the next day to correct it. After working a 13 hour day, my husband goes back to the dealership to only to be sitting around waiting for 45 minutes and ends up leaving when no one came to greet him or get the ball rolling. They called him back and asked him to come the next day after work, so again after a 13 hour day he goes back to the dealership a 3rd time to complete the paperwork. Literally the very next day, we find out that there was ANOTHER error (you can't make this stuff up) and he was asked to come back to the dealership, but this time we refused! So Charles came to our home to have my husband sign whatever documents that were missing/needed. This has been a nightmare. We won't ever do business with these people again and we cannot recommend them. Supporting a local business should not harm you which this transaction surely did. This needs to be corrected immediately.
