Everyone at the dealership was friendly. I did have to bring my vehicle in several times, which was frustrating. On the second-to-last visit, the service manager I had been working with was not there. When I got back into my car, the same message was still showing on the screen, so it appeared the issue had not been checked before my vehicle was returned to me. There seemed to be a lack of communication during that visit. Once I brought the situation to the general manager’s attention, he looked into it and the service manager was very helpful in getting everything taken care of. My vehicle was ultimately fixed, and I appreciate their help in resolving the problem. I just wish it had been handled correctly without needing to involve the general manager.

I was in a bad car accident in southern Louisiana. After all of the repairs and bodywork there, I got my vehicle back and shortly thereafter the engine light came on. Neal and Davis took the time to let me know what was wrong, filed the claim and got all of the work done quickly. I have a lot of trust in those two guys.
